Any ideas for a school project relating to food through the decades from 1940 and especially to food packaging. I already have Kellogs, Marmite, Cambells soup. Thanks in anticipation.

Might be worth including a little on the way food was lightly packaged or sold loose and bagged in the past to the overpackaging in the 70s and 80s, and the move towards greener packaging now, including a little info on sustainability in project work is a good habit to get into as it may have an allowance in the marking system.
It might also be worth looking at the proportion of fresh unpackaged food people ate, especially meat and veg and how food availability was totally governed by what was in season. The idea that you only had strawberries in the summer sprouts in the winter, apples in the winter were restricted to a couple of varieties that were good keepers etc.
Hope that gives you a few extra ideas
