I have these ingredients and need a nice meal for 2 idea :)

Try putting the ingredients in to Google and add' recipe' at the end. It will come up with recipes that have those things in them.

I am sure there are sites avaiable wher you can select/enter ingredients you have and it'll come up with suggestions. Although with some combinations they may need to use some, and suggest shopping for a few other things you'd need.

Try Googling because I can't recall a site name offhand.

fry the onions and mushrooms till they browned a little........add the tomatoes....add the eggs (boiled) chopped up....mix in cooked rice...add cooked tofu...mix it all up.....sprinkle cheddar on the top. Then serve. Eat the brie later on its own.Bon appatite.
