low carb diet...what does it mean when it says 'sugars;?
5 Answers
sometimes when checking the carb content on packets it has an amount an then says 'of which sugars'
what does this mean? and how does it affect the total carb content of the item?
can someone explain how to read this? do i have to add up or takeaway or something?
thanks
