I've just had a roll and can't think about food when I'm full. If I go shopping on a full stomach I come back with lot's of fluid stuff and hardly any food.
I don't like shopping on an empty stomach - I start buying uneccessary things in case i haven't got it at home, so I can make what ever it is i want - if you get my drift! Mind you I've got to go to the supermarket - I've nearly run out of caster sugar and I've got to make a couple of tray-bakes for tonights boy scout meeting to go with the sandwiches.
My fav soup at the moment is, I make a Thai style broth, with Chicken stock, galingal, lime leaves, lemon grass, fish sauce (nam pla) soy sauce, lime juice, shallots, garlic palm sugar and chili, then throw in what i have like cooked chicken, prawns, egg noodles and make a Pad Thai s'lurrvery!!
