I was with them for a bit but I am not very good at regimed dieting, my eating during the day is too erratic. I have done better in just doing it myself, cutting out too much bread and snacks. I admit I have only lost half a stone and I am working on the final 3lbs before my first target, but I'd rather do it that way, than pay a weekly membership I can't really afford, for something which didn't really work for me. The friends I went with did better than me!
My friend has been on this for 8 weeks and has lost 1.5 stone so far.She has lost between 2 and 5lb a week. She looks fantastic and is doing it the right way.Slow and steady. She is aiming for another stone and I have no doubt she will do it.Keep going.I know a few people who have found it's the only diet that worked for them.Good luck.
I did it-on my own- about 6 years ago. I have pretty much kept off the stone and a half I lost. It was fuss-free,and allowed you to eat well. Keep a food diary-you may be eating more than you think. How much you lose is also dependent on how much you NEED to lose. The closer you are to your natural weight-the harder it gets.
Its a good diet - I lost 3 stoneon it - the only negative thing I think is that you do not learn to control the amount you eat on it - which is why I kept on yo yo ing. It definately works but you do need to keep a diary of what you have eaten - its very easy to forget the odd spoon of mayo or jam etc
