Me, its yummy and great with English mustard, slurp.
because it doesn't look like that by the time you eat it. Having passed time in a sausage factory, anything pre-cooked and goopy is enough to put you off it - but black pudding (whilst maybe an acquired taste) is lovely stuff, and enhances so many other dishes - particularly breakfast, and scallops.

Well, it wouldn't do to eat it everyday!!
Ive never tried white pudding but the fruit pudding is great also, im assuming its like the white only with sultanas in it

the original why was simple.....animals must be bled otherwise the meat becomes inedible and waste not want not.
