They're low in fat and low in calories, but they are also low in nutrients and goodness and full of processed pap and preservatives.
You may as well be eating a shoe box.
They are full of salt, sugar and MSG. A disgusting cocktail of virtually empty calories. If you ate them exclusively you'd not starve but you'd end up with one of the vitamin difficient deaseases, not to mention muscle wasting due to lack of protien. One a day would'nt do you much harm if you ate proper food as well. But as Natalie says, it wouldn't do you much good either.
If overall your diet is balanced and healthy (high fibre breakfast, fish, chicken, vegetables for your evening meal, that kind of thing), then eating a Pot Noodle every day isnt going to do you any harm (unless, say, your doc has advised you to stick to a low salt diet or something). Pot Noodles are no worse than crisps and bars of chocolate which most of us snack on each day.
Pot Noodles are actually quite high in fat. About 14g per pack, if I remember corecctly. So that element wouldn't be good for you, and I'd think you'd start to gain weight if you had one a day.

However, I am quite partial to them myself on occasion. Bombay Bad Boy? Filthy Sanchez? Bring it on!
I feel sick,,,,,
