Recipe for Prawn puffs for bc7683023 !!

250g RAW prawns, peeled and de-veined
2 spring onions or 1 shallot
1 clove garlic
50g flour
2 tablespoons full of rice wine or dry sherry
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce

oil for frying
lemon wedges and soy sauce to serve

In a food processor whizz up the first 6 ingredients. You should have a thickish 'batter' add more liquid or more flour if too thick or thin. heat oil in a frying pan and fry tablespoons of mixture for a couple of minutes each side until golden brown serve with a sprinkle of soy sauce and a lemon wedge. Bon apetite!!

Thanks a lot merciasounds. Can you substitute rice wine or sherry for red wine vinegar or white/ brown malt vinegar?

I wouldn't use brown malt vinegar, it'd be too strong, wine vinegar should be fine - if you find it too stron water it down. Cider, sherry or champagne vinegar could be used too
