Can anyone help me, I tried cooking "Toad in the hole" last night and it look ok till I took it out the oven, then it went flat and stuck to the bottom of the oven dish, Any Advice?

Sounds like the oil and the oven weren't hot enough...

Also you may not have cooked it for long enough for the batter lattice to set
Some say to leave the batter to "rest" for an hour after making it. Not sure why though.

when making toad in the hole or yorkshire puddings you need to get the oil in the tin very hot, at least ten minutes in a very hot oven.
Dish with a little oil in it, very hot. Put the partly-cooked sausages in (you'll already have grilled them on two sides), then pour in the batter - made with two eggs, as advised by the Blessed Delia - bang the oven door shut for twenty minutes, then have a peek, and I bet you'll see a batter that's almost pushing the oven door open!
Meant to say - gas mark 6 or 200C.
