food I mean! I tasted caramel sausage at a hotel recently, sweet and savory and nice, anyone tasted award winning sausage? I'd like to make my own for a bbq, manly bbq.

How do you define a Manly barbecue, D? If so I would say BEEF.

I make our own from our organic meat , beef with horseradish, beef with mustard, beef with guinness and mushrooms, lamb with apricot and mint, lamb with rosemary, chicken with balti spices, Glos. Old spot with mature cheddar and chives, pork with chestnuts, pork with apple and onion, and good old fashioned pork with smoked ham and tomato - and they're all delicious!!!!
