I have chicken, spring onions and crem fresh and bacon so tonight im cooking it all up together and seeing what it comes up with,,,

Your cooking method looks rather like how my sister-in-law cooks. She just "slings some of this in and some of that in", and she calls it a "modge", but, do you know, her meals are always v. nice indeed! As, I am sure, yours will be!
