Morning all - I've just received 12 bags of filter & espresso coffee (yummy!) Trouble is, it will take me a while to drink it all. Can I just sling some of it into the freezer? Will it make any difference to the taste? Cheers. Allie

Don't freeze it, just store it in a air tight container in a cool dark place.
Just keep in in it's sealed bags in the fridge.....DO NOT FREEZE IT!

Cool, dark places in airtight containers seems to be the best for most coffees.

The exception being extremely fresh, which according to this site, can be frozen for up to 2 months.....

Thank you one and all - looks like a cool dark cupboard then (it already sealed in airtight bags) - now do I go for a filter, Costa Rica Finca De Licho - grown by Edgar Bonilla, or an espresso, El Salvador Finca La Fany - grown in the Santa Ana Volcanic region! What a treat :o)
I always keep opened packs of coffee inside plastic bags in the freezer= keeps inperfect condition.
I keep my coffee in the freezer. It keeps the flavour.
Mine is in a kilner jar in the fridge.
Is it really called ... Finca La Fany
I believe it is JJ, it tastes like it too.
LOL

Well, that's okay then.
