Peach and lime are both names of fruit and colours. The word lime comes from the Persian limu, while peach comes from the Latin for Persia. It was the language difference I was after not free advertising for Robinsons lol
Blimey
Oh I thought you were asking us, and you already knew the answer and kept us all in suspenders!! You little tinker!
oh yeah. That.
mollykins did a quiz question a while back about fruit and the same name as a colour, all she came up with was orange. Perhaps she'll spot this.
but surely you can have rasberry coloured?
surely thats what is different about them, rather than what they have in common though - ones name is persian, on is latin - how is that "in common"?
