I have had my halogen for nearly a year now and love it . What I do I cook it at slightly lower temp than it says and not so long as ordinary oven temp. Trial and error sometimes but you'll soon get used to it.Yes always put in a cotainer when cooking .I have small ones also that I got in asda just ideal for chicken breasts .
