Apples Galoare!!

I have hundreds of apples ready to eat from the garden - what's the best way to store them to keep them for as long as possible - and what receipes do you have for stewed apples if I freeze some batches. TIA

It looks like some pineAPPLE recipes snuck in there....lol. You could also try apple jelly-I don't know if there is one in thatcollection.
