Alternative breakfast options?

I'm getting a bit fed up with tea and toast, cereal or a fry up. Yesterday I made pancakes. What other options are there for a nice brekkie?

Beat an egg with a splash of milk, salt and pepper. Soak your bread in it and fry. It's very nice.

For a dessert...do the same thing but add some vanilla and after frying coat in caster sugar. It tastes just like doughnuts.

if you have the time, soak some porridge oats in some yoghurt the night b4, and mix in fruit of yr choice. add some honey,

I make 'em in the bakery at work, and straight out the oven they're orgasmic.

Two eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Two slices bread. Dip and fry. Done. I'll be turning them presently.

I always make French Toast when I have visitors. They always like it.

I found it a bit soggy, but it got nicer as I ate it. It's a bit like pancakes. I put some golden syrup over at a stage and that was really nice. I'd say after a few goes I could cook them better. Altogether it sorted my initial query. Thanks, painting beckons.
