Without offending any Scot intentionally, it's pie - the best description I can give is "Christmas Pudding in Pastry". Traditional fare for Hogmanay.

Seekz yes, it goes with the territory - we had Chicken Balmoral the other night, chicken breast stuff with a slice of it.

chicken balmoral. lovely stuff a chicken breast with good haggis from the butchers, for extra special make a whiskey sauce, and a can of tennents lager ?
Sounds good to me anne, but can we borrow the whisky, we don't have spirits in the house (liquid or otherwise!)
