No snacks?
Dried fruits - raisins, apricots, plums etc.

Sorbet

Fruit smoothie
Ryvita thins with half fat hoummos. I snack on dates, brazil nuts and hazelnuts.
Chop up loads of raw veg into nibble size chunks and have some interesting dips to hand
Or how about my Summer Salsa - we eat it by the bucketload

Ingredients: Chopped tomatoes, chopped red onion, chopped cucumber. Mix with a handful of shredded coriander leaves and the juice of a lime. (It tastes better if you add half a teaspoon of sugar)
Healthy and delish!
If you eat porridge for breakfast with a little honey, you should be Ok until lunchtime. Have a good lunch and you should be OK until your evening meal....Sultanas in between or if you're like me a couple of dark chocolate digestives are just the thing ;o)
Rice cakes -with extra light Tescos own cream cheese with a dob of chilli sauce -delish ! In fact Rice Cakes with anything you want to lash on the cream cheese-theyre only 24cals each. !!
