making a heston pudding which requires 55% cocoa solids chocolate have tried supermarkets but no luck any suggestions?

I remember seeing something like this on come dine with me.
The cook only had 70% chocolate which would have made the dessert bitter so she added a bar of milk chocolate to even it out.
