Really makes you fancy some - - -
I love Hienz cream of tomato soup but very rarely have it because I'm such a sloppy eater I get it all down me. I've ruined many a top or dress because (and I dont care what you say) you just can't get that srain out, yes it fades but never budges.
So I avoid Hienz Tom/Sp.
And no I don't want to sit there with a bib on, that time will come soon enough, thankyou.

ive just answered a post in adverts about it jem, and yesss it does make you feel like some doesnt it? lol ... i like mine with a bit of ground black pepper in it and some nice white fresh bread to dunk :o) hmmmmm you cant beat heinz tomato soup

i went to have some for my tea tonight jem, i reallly fancied some,
got to the cupboard ... searched and searched ... and searched some more .. would you adam and eve it?! .. but NO tins of tomato soup to be found!!

how disappointed was i??!!! ... ooh nothing worse is there when youve set yourself up for something and you cant have it? lol
id have some myself too tomorrow (after nipping to the shops of course) but im out for a meal with friends .. so thursday itll have to be ... and do you know? ... i cant wait! lol ... such simple pleasures eh :o)

Well for you Heinz soup lovers, noticed tonight that its on offer at Asda, 8 cans for £4, don't know if that's good cos I don't buy much tinned soup.

thanks for that slinky! i will have a look on that compare supermarket site online to see how that offer compares to tesco where i was planning on going to re stock the cupboard!

ok, i just checked the compare site:-

tesco and asda are 4 for £3
sainsburys are 6 for £3
usually 82p a tin (400g tin)

i couldnt see 8 for £4 though slinky..?

They were in our local store Looby when I did the "Big Shop" earlier today, one of their end shelf displays, def 8 for £4, cos me and hubby ummed and aahed about it (sad eh?) the offer was for tomato, vegetable, and chicken soup.

I've just counted 7 tins of Heinz tom soup in the cupboard - I love it with crusty rolls.

It's 8 tins for £4 in my local Asda too.

My grandson loves tomato soup and won't eat any other. My daughter used to call it 'orange soup with no vegetables' lol
