Corn dogs are hot dog sausages with cornmeal stodge coating, all on a lovely stick

Sloppy Joes are hamburgers made with(loose meat) mince in a kind of barbecue sauce rather than a burger patty. They are VERY NICE.

Twinkies are a cake bar of madeleine sponge with sweet fake cream stuff in the middle

Root beer is pop flavoured with some herbal root stuff (like sarsaparilla) tastes like fizzy germolene in a weird-but-nice kind of way. McDonalds used to sell it till a few years back.

A current fad here in the U.S. is to deep fry the Twinkies, thereby doubling or tripling their leathality...
Ann H, I always said rootbeer tasted like germalene (but nice) but nobody else agreed with me. Thank you
on the germolene vibe: try euthymol toothpaste, too. marvellous. but does anyone know of a decent rootbeer available over here in the uk? the mcdonalds stuff was ok, but sainsbury's is not too special...
Ah, Euthymol. Takes a bit of getting used to though!
