Digital meat thermometer

Has anyone used a digital meat thermometer where you use a meat probe, but has
a bleeper outside the oven alerting you as to when the meat is cooked.
Would appreciate an opinion, if it any good.

yes they can be - but personally I prefer to "learn" my oven and adjust accordingly - and please allow the meat to rest - even roasted fish benefits from a wee rest......

Lakeland products are usually pretty good and they have an excellent refund policy if you arent satisfied.
