hi all

does anyone have a good home recipes for a nice white wine sauce. the only ingredient i do not want to add is Cream, or any sort of cream like substitutes (dont like cream), i am fine using flour, and butter (although i do not like butter but its fine). thannks,

arghh thanks Naz :) i guess i didnt googled properly cos all i kept getting was add cream etc! yuck :)
