I have ordered a 4kg turkey crown - bit late now, but is that huge or small?

Also, does anyone have any quick, easy, child-friendly leftover turkey recipes (I am having my shopping delivered so want to be organised and get in any ingredients I might need)? Thanks

Thanks all - their are 7 of us (2 grown ups and 1 x 10 year old, 1 x (nearly) 7 year old, 1 x 5 year old and 2 x 2 year old). My father might come up one day so I could feed some to him. Didn't want to get a mean little thing but now I think 4kg sounds huge (considering there are no bones).
Turkey cubes with vegetable rice - spice it up a bit for the grownups with spicy sauce on the top.
Heck, if you have loads over, freeze it. As long as you don't freeze it more than once.

Thanks Buenchico - they look ideal (and as I have a recently purchased sandwich press I could use that to cook them in).
You can google Jamie Olivers sweet leek and turkey pie, it's a fabulous recipe (I just put a regular pastry lid on it)
My kids hate leeks but strangely will eat this!
yes, leek and turkey pie is really nice.
my cousin always makes what she calls creamed turkey on boxing day. she makes a basic white sauce (or you could cheat and use a packet or some bisquick) and adds cream and wine then stirs in chopped or shredded cooked turkey and spreads it on toast. you could use it cold as a sandwich filling, or make a toasted sandwich with it.
Turkey Curry perhaps....

Ingredients:
•2 tablespoons curry powder
•4 tablespoons butter
•1 1/2 cups chopped onion
•2 tablespoons flour
•1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
•2 cups chicken broth
•1 can (8 to 9 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
•3 cups cooked diced turkey
•2 tablespoons lemon juice
•hot cooked rice
Preparation:
In a large skillet, heat curry powder in butter, stirring, for 2 minutes. Stir in onions; continue cooking, stirring frequently, until onions are softened. Blend in flour and ginger; add chicken broth and pineapple. Heat to boiling; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
Stir in turkey. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes longer, or until heated through. Stir in lemon juice. Serve with hot cooked rice.
