Turkey questions
12 Answers
I have ordered a 4kg turkey crown - bit late now, but is that huge or small?
Also, does anyone have any quick, easy, child-friendly leftover turkey recipes (I am having my shopping delivered so want to be organised and get in any ingredients I might need)? Thanks

yes, leek and turkey pie is really nice.
my cousin always makes what she calls creamed turkey on boxing day. she makes a basic white sauce (or you could cheat and use a packet or some bisquick) and adds cream and wine then stirs in chopped or shredded cooked turkey and spreads it on toast. you could use it cold as a sandwich filling, or make a toasted sandwich with it.
