Stuffed peppers

I'm going to do them for tea for the first time, do I pre-cook the peppers before stuffing them, and if so, how ?? Thankyou

I never do. Just coat them in olive oil and chop the bottoms flat so they stand up properly...

I stuff peppers with spicy turkey mince which has been pre-cooked. I stuff the peppers raw then bake them in the oven.

I usually grill my peppers a bit before stuffing...I like rice-based stuffings.
