Pickled brisket

My wife bought a pickled brisket joint but she is unsure how to serve it and what to serve it with. Does anyone have any ideas?

It's cooked or raw? Most people just boil it and serve with a sauce.

It's raw. Can you give me an idea of what sauce please?
Ingredients

* 2 Lb Brisket
* 1 Tbsp Mustard powder
* 1 Tbsp Brown sugar
* 1 Tablespoon Vinegar

Method

* Do not wash the meat. Place in a deep pot with any juice from the packet. Cover with water.
Add 1T mustard pwd. 1T brown sugar. 1T vinegar. to the pot. Cover . Bring to the boil.
Simmer for 3-4 hours. Until the meat feels soft to a fork prick.
Remove. Slice when cold. Serve HOT
