There are some ideas on www.weightloss e.g. Wheetabix or Shredded Wheat with semi skimmed milk, fresh fruit, banana or dried apricots.
Or fresh fruit salad, with bio yoghurt.
or Egg soldiers. Or Traditional English which is grilled not fried, with poached or boiled egg
Bearing in mind that you are not in the UK, the things you can buy in the shops will be different. Cereals, yoghurt and fruit, with toast, is a good start - or fruit smoothies? It really depends what sort of food you like.
I'm having chocolate fingers, coffee and a ciggie, don't get much healthier than that!
I've just had a handful of vitamin pills and supplements, a banana, and two cocodamol myself - I certainly don't practice what I preach!
I either have a boiled egg and then natural yoghurt with honey and omega 3 seed mix OR 2 crushed weeatbix with chopped banana and a little milk OR chopped melon with fresh fruit and a little natural yoghurt
1 oz of cornflakes with a Flora pro-active drink poured over (to fight cholesterol). One piece of fruit (nectarines are my favourite). That's one of your five a day. A glass of cranberry juice (good for your bladder) and a cup or two of decaff tea with skimmed milk and definitely no sugar. If that's not healthy I don't know what is. It is also good for weight loss in a calorie controlled diet.
is ti actually worth eating an ounce of cornflakes? LOL
here's a whole list

Sathy only asked for healthy pink-kittens and pixi. You don't have to like it, just get healthy eating it. You can increase the amount of cornflakes if you like.
Just looked at your link pink-kittens and most of the suggestions are similar to mine. Can't say I would find any of them really mouth-watering, but they are all healthy.
i must get my oats every morning.
always prepare em the night b4. i only use soya milk, and i just add some banana, sultanas, plus some honey, enjoy
I eat Ready Brek every day these days. Whilst on the diet anyway.
Porridge with dried fruit, followed by kippers.........
I think some people think the least amount calories = healthy. you're wrong, very very wrong
