Salmon Lovers - Try this

Tonight I made this

I only marinated it for about 1.5 hours and then stuck it in the oven in the dish it was marinating in for about 20 minutes at 190.
Served up with mash and leeks.
It was so much praised and after seconds the comments were they wanted it again soon!
Do try it if you like salmon as it is so simple and tastes so good.

Bimbo - I am presuming that your post was in jest? I was serious about the divided question - It states that the sugar, lemon pepper and garlic powder have to be divided, I don't understand what that means (or what lemon pepper is either).

Lemon pepper is just lemon zest and cracked black peppercorns.

I didnt broil it. Like you I dont really know what it is. I just baked it in the oven in the marinade. Did not have lemon pepper but added some lemon thyme which I happened to see in Tesco for the first time yesterday.
