I'm making these and the recipe requires 2 fl ozs of creme de cassis. Is there something else I could use instead, rather than buy an £8 bottle just for what is possibly a one-off recipe.Thank you.

Can't you just buy a single shot from the pub?

Funnily enough I just phoned our nearest pub - but they haven't got any. I think I'll buy the £8 bottle and just make sure I use some more recipes needing it:-)))
It's lovely in White wine or White wine and soda (kir) if you put it in champagne it's kir royal and doubly delicious
