Although i have always loved cooking and do an awful lot of it i had never attempted to make profiteroles until last weekend, and what a disaster. If you shut your eyes they tasted fine but they did not look at all like they should have done! Im not sure what i done wrong or whether it was the recipe so does anyone have a recipe that they use that i know should turn out as it should? thanx.
I attempted them once, they were a messy bunch - trying to get the cream in the middle. But I just lumped them on to plate, piled high with some half cut strawberries strategically placed and once I'd drizzled the choc all over, no-one cared what they looked like!!
