Chicken Lemon & Garlic Recipe

I had a recipe a couple of years ago (think it was Rick Stein) where you put chicken pieces, garlic, lemon and oil in a roasting tin until nicely browned. Not sure which herb went in, or whether a slug of white wine went in as well.

Last tried to cook whilst on holiday, but the cooker was so slow, it didn't brown properly and we were starving!!!

Have any of you heard of this recipe and help out please?

That's the one! Thanks! I must have got my chefs mixed up! I was going to do a winter casserole, but with friends coming over I am doing a mediterranean theme:
Aioli and bread
Calamare with lemon mayo

Garlic and Lemon Chicken, roasted mediterranean veg, cheesey leeks and roast the potatoes when chicken is uncovered.

Tiramisu (bought! my only cheat)

Cheese and biccies

All washed down with some delicious wine!

I didn't think they went, but OH wants them! perhaps I will have them tomorrow with the Lamb Shanks.
