chicken casserole

I've found a bag of chicken drumsticks in the freezer and would like to use them up. What veg/ and/ or anything could I add to make a tasty meal? Thanks for any help in advance!!

I sometimes cheat,
brown the chicken, pop in casserole dish, add condensed soup with an equal measure of milk.
Serve with spuds, roasted/boiled/mashed and peas or carrots.
