Here's a suggestion which will have me boarding the first train to Norwich if you invite me to sample it:

Nothing, really.
Do you have anything else?

What type of pastry?
Do you have a tin of condensed milk and some bananas?

If so, banoffee pie.
If you've got eggs and lemons, tarte au citron.
A rich quiche if you have eggs and some other savoury bits to add.
Stop it please, this is torture.
take all your bits from the fridge - onion, peppers, etc -fry in a little butter put in case -mix cream with 4-6 eggs, salt, pepper and a pinch of mixed herbs depending on size of pastry case put on top of veg add grated cheese cook 40 mins 180C

Thanks for your answers. I made i quiche and decided i should make an extra pastry case to make something to use the cream up. I also made a lemon meringue pie. I have put the case in the freezer for now but will need to use the cream up over the weekend so i need to decide today what im making. I do have probably more than most in my bulging cupboards. Banoffee pie i have made in the past but my son does not like it so im looking to try something new.
Bakewell Tart or a Treacle Tart would be nice with a dollop of cream
I use up cream by adding it to mashed potato
