Roast pork or gammon in honey, mmmmm....
Innate roast lam or chops, but quite like a rogan josh
Chicken - Roast preferably, something foreign possible
Beef - as a roast and as a steak
Pork - roasted, or as sausages
Lamb - I like them bouncing around fields as they should be
I'm not over-fond of a roast chicken dinner although I often cook a chicken with a piece of pork in case somebody extra turns up for lunch on a Sunday other than that, I'm with bednobs and it varies
i vary - it depends on my mood. Although generally I can say I don't like lamb, but will put it in a curry. I couldn't beat pork like my mother cooked yesterday (or how she taught me to cook) but we do eat a lot of bacon or cured meat. Chicken, we eat a lot of in all forms and some days I just love a roast chicken with crispy skin. However, with beef, I like a fillet au gratin with wild mushrooms.
