That is NOT a BASIC crepe batter.

Where have you got those ingredients from?

It starts off as a batter but then some of the ingredients become quite irrelevant but not quite a proper recipe......or not one that I can see off the top of my head.....
nope. Its all okay by me for a posh pancake except for the beer and the double cream and I would be using a little melted butter instead of oil if I wanted extra richness....
Actually the extra egg whites seems to me to be an american pancake style thing where you whisk the egg whites and then fold them into the mixed other batter ingredients to make a light thicker small pancake.
can't get the beer at all unless its for a beer batter.

Well this recipe was given on a Celebrity Cruise ship cooking lesson, hubby tried to make them but think the amount in the pan was too thick. They had quite a nice flavour though. xx
have you got a method?

Method.
make as pancake mix. mix well in the center of the dry ingreds.pour whole eggs in ,stiring add oil,milk,beer and vanilla until combined.
let rest 3 hours
in small mixing bowl whip egg whites to soft peaks and fold into batter. in 2 stages.
as well add 1 tsp double cream
cook

We had half last night and I did the other half tonight. You do not need anything to cook them in in the frying pan. Make sure they are not too thick. very small amount of batter.....spread around. I must say they was quite nice.
