Home Made Sausage Rolls

I am going to make Sausage rolls for xmas day. How far in advance can I cook them if I just want to store them in a fridge?

If you are making them from fresh ie not previously frozen, ingredients then you could make them up and freeze uncooked then pop them in the oven when you need them. Freshly home baked sausage rolls are the best.

Thanks I am baking my own but I have no room in my freezer. That's why I wanted an Idea of how far ahead I can make them.

I make mine on Christmas Eve and if there are any left we sometimes have some on Boxing Day but I wouldn't keep them longer than that myself.

I'd say 2 to 3 days. Once cooked they can be kept for another 2 to 3 days.
