How Could I Cook These Ingredients Without Bolognaise Sauce Or Gravy?
I have lean mince, sprouts/peas and some cheese. Ideas please.

Ooh, when I was a student I used to chop up raw sprouts and stir-fry them in a bit of oil with seasoning - you could cook the mince seperately then put both together, if you have butter and flour - make a cheese sauce, pour over the mince & Sprouts, sprinkle with a bit of cheese and grill till bubbly. Stir-friend brussell sprouts are wonderful :-)

burgers are easy. If you liekit, stir a little ketchup into the raw mince then divide it into balls, squeeze the balls hard to squish them together then flatten them out and chill them in the fridge for about an hour or longer then cook in a non stick pan. Don;t turn them until they are pretty well cooked through or they will break up.
