I am making a batch of Cannelloni and a batch of Lasagne using these two recipes:
http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/775660/bigbatch-bolognese
http://www.deliaonline.com/recipes/type-of-dish/pasta/lasagne-al-forno.html
I want to freeze them. Shall I cook them then freeze them or assemble them and freeze uncooked?

Cook and then freeze. (Some of the ingredients, such as celery and mushrooms, don't freeze very well in their raw state).
