Looks good. I've been making crustless quiches/frittatas for a good few years...since I cut down on carbs. In fact ,I've done most of the suggested combinations...except for tinned salmon. :-(
Cooked sausage meat is good with roasted peppers and sun-dried tomatoes.

It's a very basic recipe isn't it pasta, it could be made more exciting with added ingredients, you can bung most things in x
