Favourite Cake Recipe?

Hello, I was wondering if all you Answerbankers could give the instructions for your favourite cake recipes, the ones you turn to time & time again tried & tested. That would be great. Thanks in advance.

I love to make a lemon drizzle cake - I use the odlums recipe only because a lady from that flour mill is on tv every wednesday morning here and I've seen her bake it, it's so simple I'll share the link rather than try typing it myself

My fave is coconut and cherry cake which I make often. It goes down a treat. I tweak the recipe to add more coconut and cherries.
