Need A Homemade Sauerkraut Recipe Please
Hi I love Sauerkraut but am finding it difficult to find. I don't even think Aldi or Lidl sell it.Does anybody have a foolproof recipe to make it please? Thanks.

I buy this one from Sainsbury's. It is 'live' and very tasty. It is usually £4.50 but is often on sale for £3.50. Most of the cheap sauerkrauts have been pasteurised and do not contain live bacteria.
