RLM is right, you can put anything in a stir fry and it will taste gorgeous.... and being half chinese, I always add ginger, spring onions and garlic and I almost always cook stir-fries with sesame oil, drizzling sesame seeds on after its cooked. The I just add a bit of soy sauce, fish sauce, saki and or a splash of chinese rice wine. And always make sure you never over-cook the veg by leaving it nice and crisp.... I never bother to measure anything and it always tastes lovely.... x
