Protein...forgrowth and repair/soya beans,soya milk(fortified)Brown rice,wholegrain bread,nuts,seeds,kidney beans,chick peas,lentils,peas.Fruit and veg for vitamins and calcium(dark leafy greens,broccoli)Sunflower or olive oil for fats.Dried fruits for iron.Porridge oats.A varied diet will supply the nutrients she needs as foods work with each other.
Iron will be the main thing she will be lacking. There's loads of it in dark green veg such as brocolli, spinach etc. Also baked beans are a good source of it
