Recipies for my brand spanking new slow cooker please.

I got a crock pot
tra la la la la.

Ok folks, eventually went for a 3.5ltr pot with oval ceramic, removeable, dishwasher safe dish, yippee!!

Only problem is that I don't have any recipies, so if anyone could post some simple, easy-peasy, idiot proof recipies, I would be very grateful, something like how to cook a joint of meat (have lamb in freezer) or maybe a casserole or stew, that would be great for starters. I don't want to try anything too complicated until I get the hang of it.

Velveeta is like our processed cheese slices I think - I don't know if you can get it in blocks in the UK

Sorry I didn't reply sooner, BBWCHATT, but I've been quite busy. Difficult to tell, but I would think it will be close. Its probably worth emailing Kraft, and asking what the equivalent is over here, as we do get some Kraft products.
