Anyone that doesn't like parsnips can sleep soundly now.
Try roasting them in 2 tbs of golden syrup and 1 tbs of soy sauce. Keep moving them around as they cook until they are as limp as noodles they are unreal i promise!!!!!!

I used to hate them but love them now. When I've peeled & Yummycut them put in roasting tin drizzle olive oil all over then maple syrup then dot with butter.Yummy.

Topogigo, since you are also seeking a recipe for Witchety Grub Casserole I think I will err on the side of caution on this claim. I remain, as ever, vehemently opposed to the parsnip.
