I like creamy pasta dishes and use creme fraiche instead of cream to make it slightly healthier. I was wondering if I could replace this with natural yoghurt instead as this is much lower in fat - would it cook ok or would it all go horribly wrong?! Thanks

You could try fromage frais.
I always use Greek yoghurt in my curries....i was advised to use this as it tends not to split at high temperatures.
