how do you make onion baji,s?

onion, peeled
25g coriander seeds
25g tsp cumin seeds
25g chilli flakes
50g plain flour
1 tbsp baking powder
vegetable oil, for deep frying

Chop half the onion and slice the remaining half.
Mix all the ingredients together. Squeeze the onion to release the juice and then bind it with the other ingredients.
This will make four largish ones . Deep-fry until crisp and golden.
