James Martin desserts book
2 Answers
Just got hold of a copy of James' new book, 'Desserts ' ,and attempted to make the chocolate cola cake.I followed the recipe to a ' t ' but the cake fell apart. It literally crumbled. What did I do wrong ? There was a whole pack of butter in the cake and I think stork baking margarine might have been a better option, but I'm only guessing.Anyone had a successful attempt at this recipe?
