If I go to an ASK restaurant, I love their lemon torte. It's got the texture of clotted cream, thicker than lemon mousse but not quite like a cheesecake. Does anyone have a recipe for something similar? I've looked up lemon torte recipes in my books and on the internet but they are all based on a lemon mousse, which is not quite the same.
