I need a recipe for a veggie chilli I can freeze. Can anyone help please??

http://www.astray.com/recipes/?show=Chili%20-% 20vegetarian is one easy version. You can add soy chunks if you want - or textured protein mince - dark, light, whatever - or beef style pieces too. All will freeze well.

For a basic chili sin carne - as opposed to chili con carne - make a chili and substitute good beans, like red kidney, chick peas, aduki, etc., all prepared or from a can, and serve in taco shells, as burrietos, with rice or whatever......
